Return and Refund Policy

Herbal Tinctures

Due to the handcrafted and consumable nature of our products, all tincture sales are final. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to research each herb and reach out with any questions prior to purchase to ensure the product is right for you.

Mineral Nutritional Balancing Sessions & Deposits

Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required to book your Mineral Nutritional Balancing session. This deposit is non-refundable once the initial order form or hair analysis kit has been sent to you via mail, as this signifies the start of our professional service and the commitment of physical resources.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your session and receive a refund of your deposit, you must do so before your order form has been mailed out. Once the form is in the mail, the deposit is retained to cover administrative costs and materials.
